What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers to learn about their needs and explain available products and services.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Help promote the agency and build awareness in the local community.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a consistent, positive customer experience.
- Work closely with teammates to meet agency goals and celebrate team success.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for friendly team competition.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service, business support, or insurance experience is preferred.
- A current state insurance license, or willingness to obtain required licenses.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
